DUSK, the native token of Dusk Network, dropped below $0.20 and shed more than 35% of its value over the past 24 hours. This pullback follows a sharp weekly rally in which the token rose roughly 150%, outpacing many major cryptocurrencies.
Data from CoinGlass show that futures open interest (OI) on exchanges reached a record high of $47.94 million on Monday, before settling around $39 million on Tuesday.
During the same period, Binance recorded OI of $20.54 million for DUSK, levels not seen since February 2023. Rising open interest typically indicates fresh or additional capital entering the market, which can fuel rapid price advances.
Santiment data also reported that trading volume across the DUSK ecosystem hit a new all-time high of $298.43 million on Monday and settled near $264.16 million on Tuesday.
