PolySwam (NCT) Surges 370% in 3 Days After Major Exchange Listings

PolySwarm (NCT), a threat-detection and anti-malware project, has surged over the past three days after being listed on several major cryptocurrency exchanges, including Coinbase.

PolySwarm is currently trading at $0.12, representing a 372% increase from its price a week earlier.

Focused on cybersecurity software, PolySwarm uses its native token, NCT, to reward participants who contribute to cybersecurity data collection and threat intelligence.

Why is the PolySwarm price rising?

On January 13, PolySwarm (NCT) was added to Coinbase’s full retail platform alongside Propy (PRO), Inverse Finance (INV), and Liquity (LQTY).

According to Coinbase, these four tokens are now available on Coinbase.com and in the Coinbase iOS and Android apps, allowing customers in most supported regions to buy, sell, send, receive, trade, or store NCT, PRO, INV, and LQTY.

In addition to NCT, the other tokens listed on Coinbase have also experienced upward momentum. Inverse Finance (INV), an Ethereum-based token that provides banking and liquidity tools for decentralized finance, has risen nearly 20% over the past seven days.

Propy’s native token (PRO), which supports automated real estate transactions designed to reduce fraud and streamline processes, increased by more than 147% during the same period.

Liquity’s native asset (LQTY), a token used within a decentralized borrowing and lending protocol, climbed nearly 33% in the last week.

PolySwarm was listed not only on Coinbase but also on Huobi Global, CoinEx, and MEXC Global on the same day.

The combined effect of these multiple exchange listings has been the primary driver of NCT’s recent price surge, as greater exchange availability typically increases liquidity, accessibility, and market interest.

As with any asset, investors should weigh the risks and do their own research before trading. Exchange listings can prompt sharp short-term price movements, but they do not guarantee long-term performance or adoption.
