What is ZIL?
Zilliqa is a public permissionless blockchain designed to provide high throughput, capable of handling thousands of transactions per second. The network aims to solve blockchain scalability and speed limitations by implementing sharding as a layer-2 scaling approach.
The platform supports a variety of decentralized applications (dApps), and since October 2020 it has also offered staking and yield farming opportunities for users.
