Metaverse tokens are currently under pressure. Although the broader crypto market has experienced turbulence recently, metaverse tokens have been particularly hard hit. That downturn, however, presents buying opportunities for investors seeking discounted assets. Are these dips worth buying?
-
Most metaverse tokens have fallen more than 90% from their recent highs.
-
Despite losses, these tokens still carry significant potential.
-
The recent pullback may offer ideal entry points for both short-term traders and long-term investors.
For metaverse dip hunters, we have compiled three tokens that could be worthwhile to consider.
Decentraland (MANA)
Decentraland (MANA) is a virtual world platform that enables users to build and participate in digital communities. Users can own virtual land and interact with others in a shared environment. MANA, the platform’s native token, saw major gains in 2021.

Following its peak in February, MANA has entered a sustained downtrend. At present, MANA is down roughly 60% from its most recent high, a decline that may represent a final corrective phase for both traders and longer-term holders. Currently trading around $2.26, MANA’s market capitalization sits at approximately $4.1 billion.
Victoria VR (VR)
Victoria VR (VR) is a micro-cap metaverse project that has also felt selling pressure. The token powers the Victoria VR MMORPG and its associated virtual universe. With a market capitalization near $100 million, VR represents a smaller, higher-risk alternative to larger metaverse names. Historically, when major tokens like MANA rally, micro-cap selections can deliver outsized returns—making Victoria VR a potential candidate for investors pursuing higher risk-reward opportunities.
Stacks (STX)
Stacks (STX) is another metaverse-adjacent token that has traded heavily in the red over the past two weeks. Like MANA, STX has lost about 65% from its most recent peak. Stacks is an intriguing project with long-term utility, and the 65% drawdown could present an attractive entry for investors who believe in its fundamentals and roadmap.
