SubQuery Adds Data Indexing Support for Flare Network

SubQuery today announced its integration with Flare Network. This collaboration follows a grant awarded to SubQuery by the Flare Ecosystem Support Programme and enables SubQuery to extend its data-indexing services to the Flare ecosystem.

Flare Network’s cross-chain architecture aligns with SubQuery’s mission to be the universal blockchain indexing platform for Web3 developers. By offering a consistent, developer-friendly stack for decentralized interoperability, Flare enables teams to deploy dApps that interact with multiple chains from a single deployment.

Flare supports EVM-compatible smart contracts and includes built‑in data and interoperability infrastructure. These features give dApps access to decentralized price feeds and secure state acquisition from other blockchains, improving reliability and composability across networks.

Flare is also developing decentralized, multilateral, and insured bridges to enable trustless interoperability between different blockchain networks, furthering secure cross-chain interactions.

Commenting on the integration, Flare Network co-founder and CEO Hugo Philion said:

“We admire SubQuery’s decentralized data indexing solutions and are excited for them to launch on Flare mainnet. This will complete another important piece of Flare’s developer engagement strategy.”

Benefits for Flare Network Developers

Developers building on Flare Network will gain access to the full SubQuery experience: an open-source SDK, tools, documentation, and dedicated developer support. In addition to community resources, Flare projects can use SubQuery’s managed service, which provides enterprise-grade hosting and handles hundreds of millions of requests daily.

At its core, SubQuery delivers decentralized data indexing infrastructure for applications across layer-1 blockchains, including ecosystems such as Cosmos, Polkadot, Algorand, and Avalanche. SubQuery functions as a fast, flexible indexer that helps developers create APIs more quickly and efficiently, and it accelerates chain indexing through dictionary-based approaches.

On the partnership, SubQuery Technology Evangelist Marta Adamczyk added:

“We’re proud to be supporting teams building on Flare Network with our fast, flexible and universal indexing solution. We are excited to deliver another integration that enables Flare developers to index their data faster and easier, and build complex dApps with the help of SubQuery.”
