Stratosphere has acquired Movimentum through a cash-and-equity transaction, merging two experienced Web3 growth and marketing teams under a single brand. As part of the agreement, Movimentum team members received equity in Stratosphere, underscoring a shared, long-term commitment to build and operate together.

Following the acquisition, Stratosphere will operate as the single brand, prioritizing execution and distribution with an emphasis on measurable, long-term outcomes.
Tony Sco, former CEO of Movimentum and now appointed COO and equity partner at Stratosphere, will oversee operational integration and execution.
