Chorus One has partnered with cryptocurrency exchange Bitget to broaden global access to staking for Monad.
The collaboration focuses on simplifying how users interact with the Monad network, which launched its mainnet in November 2025.
The move emphasizes infrastructure growth, user access, and the broader transition toward staking services.
Both companies confirmed that Bitget’s more than 120 million users will be able to access staking tools via Chorus One’s platform, creating new pathways to participate in the expanding staking economy.
Validator expansion
Monad is a layer-one blockchain designed for high performance.
It supports Ethereum contracts without requiring code changes, according to its technical documentation.
The Bitget–Chorus One integration aims to support a validator environment that can scale while preserving decentralization, geographical diversity, and long-term stability.
Chorus One already secures assets across more than 30 blockchains and reports having secured over $3.5 billion in staked assets.
The platform also holds ISO 27001 certification, a standard used to evaluate security practices.
This collaboration fits a broader trend in which staking providers with stronger compliance frameworks are becoming central to blockchain infrastructure.
User access
Monad allows users to unstake assets in roughly 5.5 hours. Chorus One’s staking model supports flexible terms, enabling both institutional and retail users on Bitget to stake or restake Monad tokens according to their preferences.
The partnership creates a direct route for Bitget users to enter the Monad ecosystem.
In the first week after the staking program launched, Chorus One published figures showing more than $6 million worth of assets had been staked on the chain.
The rapid participation indicates strong interest in Monad’s performance-focused design and its integration with a large exchange ecosystem, reflecting broader demand for accessible global staking opportunities.
Market expansion
Bitget operates across multiple regions, including Asia-Pacific and Africa.
The platform’s footprint in these markets extends the reach of the new staking program, particularly in areas where demand for digital assets is growing.
Chorus One has previously worked with the Avalanche Foundation to expand validator infrastructure across Africa, positioning the company to support similar regional development for the Monad network.
Both firms said the collaboration aims to support crypto adoption in emerging markets by offering tools that lower entry barriers and increase access to blockchain-based services.
As new networks like Monad expand, staking options are becoming a way for users in developing regions to participate in blockchain activities without needing complex technical setups or advanced hardware.
