- The Aptos Foundation announced that Aptos is now using Chainlink Price Feeds.

Aptos has integrated Chainlink Data Feeds to provide tamper-resistant real-time data for developers building on the network.
In an announcement on January 9, the Aptos Foundation said the Chainlink integration will enable Aptos developers to consume off-chain data in real time via Chainlink Price Feeds, a key solution in the decentralized finance ecosystem.
“We are excited that Aptos has adopted the Chainlink standard. Chainlink Data Feeds will significantly enhance the reliability of applications built on the network, and we look forward to seeing innovative ways developers use them,” said Thodoris Karakostas, head of blockchain partnerships at Chainlink Labs.

This integration supports Aptos’s growth as a web3 platform and fosters an environment for further blockchain innovation. Developers can leverage Chainlink to access oracle tooling needed to build dApp solutions.
“The Chainlink standard allows developers to access high-quality, tamper-resistant data, which is essential for building secure applications,” said Bashar Lazaar, head of grants and ecosystem at the Aptos Foundation.
Key features of Chainlink Data Feeds that benefit developers and blockchains across the industry include high-quality data, reliable node operators, decentralized infrastructure, and transparent performance. Earlier this week, Aave announced that its V3 has been deployed on the Aptos testnet.
The deployment marks Aave’s first implementation on a non-Ethereum Virtual Machine and will be used to assess V3’s security, stability, and overall performance on the Aptos network. According to the Aave team, this testing is intended to inform any potential mainnet launch.
