Crypto.com, a rapidly expanding cryptocurrency platform, has announced that Shopify merchants can now accept crypto payments through Crypto.com Pay. This integration expands payment options for Shopify stores and lets merchants tap into Crypto.com’s growing user base.
To welcome Shopify merchants, Crypto.com will waive its 0.5% settlement fee on all transactions for at least one month. During this promotional period, merchants using Crypto.com Pay will effectively pay a 0% settlement fee on crypto transactions.
Crypto payments on Shopify
With Crypto.com Pay, Shopify merchants can receive cryptocurrency payments instantly and without transaction fees during the promotion. The service is off-chain and available to Crypto.com App users worldwide, allowing buyers to complete purchases using their crypto balances.
In addition to the waived settlement fee, Crypto.com is offering crypto cashback rewards for customers who pay with the platform’s native Cronos token (CRO). During the one-month promotion, customers may receive up to 10% back as a pay reward when using CRO.
This Shopify integration positions the Crypto.com Pay app as a compelling crypto payment option for online merchants seeking flexible and modern payment methods.
