They will also list on Euronext exchanges in Paris and Amsterdam, the firm said in a statement.
WisdomTree has announced three new physically backed crypto exchange-traded products (ETPs).
The new crypto-backed products are WisdomTree Solana (SOLW), WisdomTree Polkadot (DOTW) and WisdomTree Cardano (ADAW). According to the issuer, the three ETPs feature competitive pricing with a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.95%.
SOLW, ADAW and DOTW join WisdomTree’s existing lineup, which already includes major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Other offerings in the suite include WisdomTree Crypto Market (BLOC), WisdomTree Crypto Altcoins (WALT) and WisdomTree Crypto Mega Cap Equal Weight (MEGA) ETPs.
Products that resonate with investors
The firm, a leading provider of both exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and ETPs, said the three products are available on Germany’s Börse Xetra and on Switzerland’s SIX exchange.
The ETPs are also scheduled to list on Euronext markets in Paris and Amsterdam, with passporting allowing distribution across the European Union.
Investing in these ETPs provides a straightforward and regulated way to gain exposure to the price performance of Solana, Polkadot and Cardano. Similar exposure is available through WisdomTree’s broader product set, including a diversified crypto ETP portfolio and the WisdomTree Crypto Altcoins (WALT) product.
Jason Guthrie, Head of Digital Assets for Europe, said the ETP launches are part of the firm’s strategy to deliver products that “resonate with institutional investors.”
“These need to be crypto assets that are liquid enough for institutional use, supported by ETP market participants and that have clear use cases,” he said in a statement.
Guthrie added that the firm plans to further expand its crypto offering, referencing ongoing efforts to secure a listing for its Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) in the United States.
Earlier this week, ETC Group announced exchange-traded cryptocurrencies (ETCs) for Avalanche, Cosmos and Polygon, which will be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange and Börse Xetra.
Fidelity Investments has also been active in Europe, launching a physically backed bitcoin ETP last month.
